      • One is that you are called to do something and it is something that you are passionate about, that you know you are passionate about before you have even started doing it. This can be understood through the reference of past experience.
      • The second is that you start doing something and realize that you enjoy the process of doing it. You develop competence in that area which breeds a passion.
      • One is a passion of the Subject, another is a passion of the process. These two are both necessary.

    • Feel free to do a number of different activities to listen to your inner voice (the voice of God) which will show you what you are being pulled to
    • Put on calm and relaxing music (preferably without words) for 10 minutes and contemplate your passion
    • Take a 20 minute walk in a scenic area while reflecting/contemplating on your passion
    • Do a 5-15 minute breathing exercises
    • Conduct a brief workout
    • Take a cold shower
    • Put yourself in a creative mindset - whatever works for you, whatever gets your flow going.
