The Old and New Career Paths For Content Creators

Content creation IS a reflection of value in itself. The creation of content is simply a medium for exchanging information. Yes, you can get very creative with it in music, design, videos, text, etc. However, if you have no substance behind your content then it will be very very difficult for you to stand out with your content. Essentially, content without substance is nothing more than a pretty package with nothing inside of it.

Don’t get it twisted, as a content creator you are not a freelancer, you are not self-employed, you are a media business.

You’re in competition with CNN, Huffington Post, and other MAJOR platforms that have TEAMs ideating, creating, and distributing content.

YOU are the black sheep who is trying to outwork them and gain your own ad revenue, product sponsorship, or digital products.

The good news is that nearly every brand and social platform wants to promote you, because user-generated, authentic content, is more in-demand than ever.
