Learning how to communicate effectively during a sales call is crucial to building Rapport with clients and proving to them that you're a resourceful, amiable, and overall smooth person to work with.
The difference between client work and employment is that clients are almost always ONLY looking for 2 things - Results and a seamless process.
If you can get clients the results that they are looking for without the headache that they've been dreading, you're golden.
